My Contacts App is a local desktop application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your interaction with Google API data is secure and transparent.
Our application requests access to your Google Contacts (via people.readonly or people.contacts scopes). This data is accessed solely to allow you to view, manage, and export your contacts to local files (Excel/Word).
Strict Privacy Rule: All data retrieved from Google APIs is stored exclusively on your local machine in an encrypted database. We do not operate any external servers, and your data is never uploaded, sold, or shared with us or any third party.
My Contacts App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You have full control. Data is retained on your device as long as the application is installed. Deleting the local database file or revoking access via your Google Account settings will permanently remove all synchronized data.
